My apartment has those windows where the bottom is removable so you can clean both sides and one night during a storm it fell inward and cracked! I’m guessing the last person to use it didn’t put it in right. It happened the first week after I moved in and after I had turned in my list of things to be fixed. Where can I get just a bottom for my window so I’m not stuck paying a huge fine when I move out?
