I hope it's the correct section for this question. I live in a building apartments next to a house. This house was recently acquired and new residents began building replacement, it seems, most of the house. Every morning, 7 am sharp, the noise starts, and my bedroom windows are in the worst possible location for this situation. Often residence times late to finish the job, so waking up at 7 if you want to or not is depriving me of hours of sleep every day (and is so strong, it is impossible to sleep when working). But what can be done – needs to be done. So on Monday (when construction began) I was really looking forward to the weekend finally get to sleep.
