I am looking to get about 20+ windows replaced on my house. I really don’t like the look and cheap feel of vinyl, so I was thinking of aluminum. Anyone know approximately what the labor costs will be on each window? Or anyone know any good companies in the phoenix area?

are drop-in replacement dual pane panels avilable for a single panel (regulators) of Windows?
I have a single pane aluminum sliding windows, are double-pane replacement (modified) drop-in panels available? If possible I want to rip out the entire window if I can avoit. I live in Hawaii, cold R-factor is not important, but the noise is that we coqui frogs, zillions of those who make noise (85dB) creatures.
Not that I've ever seen. glass windows Single and double are totally different creatures, and are constructed differently. If you do not want to replace your windows, maybe "storm windows" could do trick. The storms are one separate layer of glass is applied to the outside of the window frame. They are relatively inexpensive. You could see a difference in energy use, I do not know its effectiveness would be to reduce noise.
