Also would help if you told us what kind of windows: 98 (hah!), xp, casement, sash….
Need to know the type of windows,where they are being installed,the size of the window and the size of the opening.Provided the windows fit the application it should fairly simple for me to explain the procedure.I’ll check back in a few.
What type of windows are being demo`d? What`s the house construction? Have you already bought the new windows? If so who measured them? What kind windows are going in? Are you replaceing all of them? You may need a permit!
If your close to a home depot, they’ve got instructions for installation in their american craftsman line of replacement windows, right in the aisle. their line of windows are not that good quality though, check out lowes, they carry pella replacements.
