If its just to fix a broken window and the frame is salvageable you can go to ACE hardware or Home Depot and just buy the glass for about $10 and a tube of silicone & a caulk gun for another $5. Other then that, windows are sold at Home Depot & Lowes, sounds like the size of a bathroom window, shouldn’t be more than $100 (non-impact), unless they have to custom order it.
