Pella sells Vinyl Windows that are actually the # 1 vinyl brand in the US – You can have them installed by a CPC (Pella Certified Contractor) or by Pella themselves and usually fairly cheap – Just don’t buy them at Lowe’s and have them install them. You can buy them at Lowe’s for a great price, but the installs tend to be a little on the not so hot side.

DH windows from Pella are available in white and almond (a tannish color), and are pretty darn good for Vinyl windows. Honestly, Vinyl is pretty darn cheap, and it’s more worth your time and money to buy wood product – it’s more expensive, but it lasts longer… but Vinyl by Pella (Called Thermastar by Pella at Lowe’s) is the best you could get for your money

We just replaced 15 double hung windows, 1 six foot patio slider and 1 awning window. The total for all was around $20,000 with installation and a 10% discount (also replaced the vinyl siding, sofit, faccia and gutters).
