I can’t help you with the repair, but just wanted to mention that many windows have a 20 year warranty on seal failures. I just received a new one free because of a seal failure. Ours has a 20 year warranty.

Check your warranty first. If it is not covered then you can replace the sashes.

The frame if it is professional glazier this will work for 23 minutes then feed back into frame my occupation.
