Windows Home and Business versions interact with each other so smoothly that any user can learn how to use Windows at home from their off-the-shelf PC and find it’s almost exactly the same in the workplace. Yes, the same applies to Unix/MacOS, but these OSes aren’t installed (as workstations) on 80%-95% of business PCs.
Until one distribution figures its way out amongst the many different selections and starts to take a much stronger foothold in a workplace environment, Windows is gonna be around to stay.
