Interstate is a company that makes brown frames for Vinyl Windows. Also, Dixlieline says on their website that they can get brown-framed vinyl windows from some of their suppliers.
So a search on “brown vinyl window” and a bunch of links come up with information you might find helpful.

Both vinyl and aluminum windows are available in brown/bronze last I looked within the last coupla months.
Perhaps the local home improvement folks strangely chose not to stock them.
Have you inquired as to their availability from either nearby stores or the warehouse?

I have black. You are shopping at the big box stores. Support a local window supplier. They will have just about any color you want available.
