limited liability company or sole trader? / / / Ireland.?

I decided to start Pvc Windows And Doors sales and installation, I need to know is, what should I do? (Limited company or sole trader ?)… I worked as editor for many years but havnt a clue starting a business,, any advice is appreciated, thanks.

A Co Ltd., has to run a list .. ie, it must be used (that) at least == someone Managing Director … (In addition to any other personnel) …. Irish tax authorities may assess exactly what is required, however, clearly must register for PAYE etc … but if the company is in difficulty, is the compnay that breaks, not you. Their liability is limited to the extent of any 'guarantees' that have led to "owner" / "manager" (it goes without saying, if the company needs a loan, most likely not going to get one unless personnel management guarantees … so (and home) still be at risk) Sole Trader that trade is just another name .. that is totally responsible for everything you do and if your business is in trouble, into bankruptcy ..
